Perfect for what I needed it for.Great quality at a great price!!

Everything seemed to go well with the mixer to begin with, I don't use it very often, probably once a month so it took a while for the motor to go but sure enough as it was coming up to it's warranty period the motor failed. When the power was connected the light would flash but nothing else would happen.Morphy Richards replaced the mixer but only 8 months down the line my second motor has also failed. Morphy Richards are saying they no longer deal with claims for this product and have given a number of RKW that just charges a fortune to listen to a loop of information and then cuts you off.Hoping for some luck with a replacement but it seems there is a manufacturing fault with this product that has never been addressed and all products will fail before a product like this should. Very unhappy with the product and the response from Morphy Richards and RKW, this product is obviously not fit for purpose as every time I need to do a batch of baking it breaks down.

Possible one of the worst purchases i’ve ever made, after reading variable reviews I and the manufacturers description I still bought.Within 5 minutes of low use there was a flash in the motor housing and the house electric triped, tried again and the same. Then the motor ran but wasn’t running the blades. I was aware that the mixer has a 5 minute on 10 minute off duty cycle but it hadn’t run for that cycle.The duty cycle instruction appears inseted to resolve a known problem with overheating.The mixer is compromised, stylistically it’s nice but mechanically poor, when it did mix the mix was poor.Evidence also can’t be found this was sold for £500 as the ad shows.Avoid at all costs - returned mine but still waiting for refund.

It works perfectly and it suits my kitchen needs.The only problem is it's very noisy and after a while it really bothers, so I have to stop it.

I am now on my second mixer, having had to send back the first one as the motor blew after only a few uses. It was swiftly replaced and having had my replacement mixer for a month the exact same thing has happened!!! Very upsetting as this mixer is great.....when it works!!!I have purchased a lot of products from Morphy Richards over the years and have been very happy with them. Not sure if I have been unlucky or if this is a flaw in this particular model.

Used almost daily in the couple of months since we bought it. Not kitchen aid quality but it does the job and for the price it's very good value for money!

I loved this mixer initially - the first one I bought lasted 11 months before the motor blew and it stopped working. It was replaced and the 2nd one lasted only 3 months before it did the exact same thing! Really disappointing as it is a good looking machine and worked well while it lasted. Oh well, kenwood it is then.
