I just drink this in the morning after drinking, and honestly, it makes a huge difference. Whenever I wake up after a night of drinking with that familiar pounding headache and dry-mouth fog, this is the first thing I reach for.Within 20–30 minutes of drinking it, the headache starts to fade. It helps rehydrate me quickly and seems to calm the tension and pressure in my head better than painkillers alone ever have. I don’t feel jittery or over-caffeinated — just clearer, more alert, and way more human. I don’t even have to take Advil anymore.It also helps with the other hangover symptoms: that heavy, sluggish feeling, slight nausea, and overall exhaustion. After finishing it, I feel like I can actually face the day instead of crawling back into bed. I usually drink the packet in about 6 cups of water.This has officially become part of my morning-after routine. We live in Las Vegas and the heat is just starting to get up to triple digits and after trying many other products to keep my kids and husband hydrated this is by far the best product and so i am buying again, I bought these last year for my husband and son as they both work construction, and for my younger kids for school as the have ROTC and soccer, and they are the best. They give them the rehydration they need without the extra surgers from Gatorade or powerade and all have said that with one packet they can feel a difference with there body's.During the summer months they take two packets a day one in the morning before work or school and then one in the middle of the day with lunch/games, Doing it this way they have said keeps them feeling great, not exhausted and more important there body's dont feel ill from the heat. As a mom and wife I will continue to buy Cure and keep it handy for my kids and husband.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I tried some of the Kiwi Strawberry through Hungry Root, and was impressed. Wanted to try more, but Hungry Root had sold out, so I found the Berry flavor here on Amazon. I like that it has coconut water in the ingredients and that it has low sodium. And it tastes great! Will be buying more of CURE - I think it’s an excellent product.

Good flavor. Most important to me was low sugar content.

Quality ingredients that improve over all health. My energy was up after using this product immediately. My sleep was better, and my headache pain was gone. I didn’t realize how dehydrated I really was. Product mixes in with water very easily but i prefer to use a frother to mix it in 100%. Great value for your money! Most hydration products are very expensive but this one isn’t and it’s worth every penny.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Honestly one of the best electrolyte drinks out there. Having a medical condition that you pass out a lot from not being hydrated this comes in handy a lot. If you are trying to workout but get dizzy easy or have issues with working out, this helped a lot. I put less water in than it says but its worked for me when I put the drink under my tongue for a min first. I dont get the gross taste after like some drinks do.

Not sure if hydration products are supposed to be so sweet, but I’ll tell you what I put this in a 32 ounce thermos with water and I could not drink it

My absolute favorite electrolyte- and I’ve tried so many. My fiancé and I have it on autoship every week. It’s the only one we’ll drink. Tried many flavors, they’re all pretty good but lemonade is our favorite. To me, it totally tastes like lemonade you get at the fair! lol I’ve gotten so many friends to drink them too.
