I do not understand how it works, but the ball pops off my racket differently with a nice satisfying sound and I feel less vibration/impact to arm/hand. It could all be placebo and just in my head, but I feel it was worth the price even if it's for a peace of mind. One thing I do want to complain is that it is VERY easy to peel the backing of adhesive wrong where you end up peeling off the adhesive itself and render it useless and not able to attach to racket. BEST WAY TO PEEL OFF THE BACKING WITHOUT PEELING OFF THE ADHESIVE IS TO PEEL THE BACKING FROM THE SIDES AND NOT EITHER ENDS. I chucked this to user install error but it really shouldn't be so easy to mess It up.

I bought 4 strips. When peeling the paper backing off the adhesive stuck to the paper and not strip itself. I tried to peel it off the paper and put it back on the the strip and applied to my racquet. At some point it must of fell off and is gone. I am not sure it absorbed any vibration during my one session or at what point I only had 3 strips on there. A replacement strip would be nice but I couldn’t find customer service on there website.

These strips provide me with the confidence to swing freely through the ball without having to give a second thought about having to stabilize a vibrating racquet.Make no mistake: these strips aren’t anything like vibration dampeners many players place in their strings, which only really change auditory feedback from the string bed (and have little or no effect otherwise). Also, these aren’t just for weight/balance changes to the frame (ie lead tape).These strips change the tactile feedback of the frame itself, which changes everything.

Tennis racket customization. I could ague that it’s psychosomatic and really doesn’t make a difference. That said, I’ve tried other products and most were not near the quality of VT advantec. The VT advantec strips were easy to apply, have not peeled off or gotten knocked loose by mis-hits / frame shots. Advantec strips are expensive, but they stay on. I can’t address how much vibration is dampened b/c that was never an issue. Only used to add weight.

I stripped all of my lead-tape and tungsten putty and replaced it with this dampener + the grip and I'm really liking it a lot. I can strike the ball with a lot of power & control. It takes a little while to get used to it, but I've been playing with it for the past 4 wks and I really like it. The grip feels amazing too where you can feel all the bevels. The rubbery dampener definitely helps with the vibration too. Try it out. Make sure you play with it for at least few wks to get used to it. I'm 4.0 level. I'm putting this on all my rackets.

I haven't used it. I bought a 2-pack that came with two very narrow 3" strips. I think I'll need 4 strips, 2 on each side of the frame to make the racket more balanced. I had thought I would get a long strip (like lead tape) that I could cut to fit. It's surprising that I get so little product for the price I paid.Update: installed it on Head Speed MP and played a few times. Can't seem to notice any differences.

Ive been using the VTAdvantec products for a while now and all I can say is that these strips changed the way I play the game of tennis. I am able to swing more freely without fear of injury due to their anti vibe technology not to mention the added stability of my racquet with these strips on. Overall I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who wants to take that next step into the game of tennis without fear of injuries like tennis elbow.

I purchased the VT ADVANTEC strips and place them on my TECNIFIBRE TF40 racquet, 3 and 9 o clock position, it improved the feel , stability and control , shots felt more crisp, and the comfort of the stick was upgraded , it help me recover faster , no real significance in weight change, very happy with the two strip set up...thumbs up !!Alberto
