This escooter is exactly what I was l looking for. Runs perfectly, sturdy, easy to operate.Also, amazing service from isinwheel. I have recently suffered a puncture on my rear wheel... nothing to do with isinwheel, however they bent over backwards to help me to get it fixed... even going as far as sending me a new inner wheel!

I like it and it's pretty cool but it has a couple of issues1- the battery is not as advertised and it runs out quick2- it doesn't have a system that says or tracks how much you have left (battery wise) in terms of miles or time... Yesterday I had to walk had with it as the battery ran outUPDATE - WHY I CHANGED MY REVIEWAfter several problems with the scooter, isinwheel sent me a label to ship the scooter to the shop to be fixed. 2 weeks after without giving me an update I chased and they told me the scooter is beyond repair and offered me a used LX4 scooter. This is after less than 10 rides/charges and few little months of purchase.This is extremely disappointing and shows the bad faith this manufacturer has

whats to say.... i love it best scooter ive had, battery is very good and long lasting even at high speeds, build quality is amazing sturdy ect. love the look looks a beast lights look amazing at night, i always wanna go out on it its fun help from the seller 5stars, answered all question and concerns i had very happy buyer. 😁

Scooter is really strong but also a little heavy compared to some. My scooter had a fault at first but the customer services was amazing and they sent me a new one amongst multiple other options. Now the scooter is amazing and it's even been up the forestry roads.

If you won’t a good scooter that will last you then get this one because I’ve just brought one and I would not look back ..I never thought I would find a scooter like this with how tall I am 6:2 but it’s deffo big enough for me it’s just an all out scooter that you don’t won’t too miss out on IVE had some fantastic rides on it at night and in the day I would recommend too anyone in buying this it’s well worth it and the customer service is good as well they have that many customers too see too but once they know why you messaged they sort anything out I’m really pleased with the service and the scooter 5 stars any day off the week 👍👍

Update: so having purchased this scooter a month later the handlebar broke and as per my previous review spare parts were sent and a partial refund was made to encourage my son to keep the scooter in exchange for a positive review.Less than 6 months later the scooter stopped working completely. We contacted the company again and said we really were not happy as this is the second fault and we are not happy with the quality of this expensive scooter and we would like a replacement or refund.We have now after 4 months of sending videos receiving and replacing parts still left with a broken scooter and no sign of a refund or replacement.I feel these scooters are not fit for purpose and the good reviews are paid for by the company with partial refunds to encourage the buyer not to send the scooter back. How I wish I had overruled my son and sent it back after the first fault.Nice scooter and great customer services had an issue and spare part was sent out so I could repair myself rather than having to return. Happy with the support I received.
