Wide and comfortable surface
This is an awesome bench not even cosidering the low cost. It`s soft for the back and wide which is important for chest workouts. And it`s light and easy to carry around. Amazing bench!

Not Wobbly
A simple assembly to do and you need your own wrench, but after firmly tightening the screws this bench was not wobbly at all. I tested it on both carpet and hard surface. It was stable on both surfaces. The outer layer is a soft cushion and inner layer a hard cushion. For me it was not too hard, not too soft. However, I felt the length could be a little short to lie down on if you are a tall person. For me who is average, the height and length seemed just right.
