This item is pretty good! I really like how the touch controls are easy to navigate, and how there are options for noise cancelling, noise cancelling off, and ambient sound. These have been very reliable, the battery life of the case is good too! I can go a couple days without charging and be fine, however I do wish the sound was a bit louder at max volume, but I guess it's to be expected with Bluetooth earbuds. They are expensive, but I think it's worth it for the quality of these earbuds. Recommend!

I have Autism and Sound-to-Color Synesthesia. Both these things mean that I'm VERY, VERY PICKY about new headphones, both in how they sound, and how they feel in my ears. To the point where I've tried like a million pairs my friends have recommended, hated them all, and gone back to my good ol' Panasonic ergo-fit green wired earbuds I've had for literally a decade. These feel and sound JUST LIKE them, without the wires for my little dog to trip over when she decides it's snuggle time. So happy.- Audrey

I really loved these earbuds to start with. Sound was good and the ergo fit is really nice. Unfortunately, after 2 months of daily use a high pitched whine has become noticeable when playing music with any high notes.Update 2 months later: after blowing them out a little the whine improved. The ambient sound feature is definitely not what it was when they were new but here's the thing; I waited until Prime day and bought the JBL earbuds with noise cancelling/ambient sound thinking they would be better. Now I'm m sending them back because the sound isn't even close to as good as these Panasonic buds. Bottom line, these are probably as good as it gets without going to two price levels higher.

My ears hurt after a while and it doesn't sound as good as my headphones but it's decent and cheap

I bought these because Ergofit ear buds are the only ear buds that don't hurt my ears. These are significantly larger than wired Ergofit ear buds. (Photos show these in black and wired ergo fit in pink. The pink are clear of the helicis crus while the black put upward and inward pressure on it). I can only wear them for about 20 minutes before they are too uncomfortable to continue with.Edited to note that I have decided to return them. The first wearing was uncomfortable. Then next day my ears were so sore I couldn't even put them in.

Deep bass with crystal sounds plus hold longer charge > 16 hours music play. Highly reccommended.

Work great WHEN THEY WORK. They drop off randomly in songs and podcasts. Now 6 weeks in they won’t charge up. Disappointed
