A good way to keep your pills organized
Meow has been using this pill organizer for over six months, and likes how it keeps things in order and in schedule. The only thing Meow has a bit of an issue with is that the compartments are a bit small for putting in more than three large pills in each one. So if at certain times, if one was to need to take four average size pills; It will not fit in one compartment. Meow feels if it was about 30% larger overall, it would have been perfect for this Cat. Also if one felt a bit lazy, refilling the cases at the end of the week can be a bit of a bore. But that would be the case in any situation, unless one had a maid to refill for them every week. So good quality, good design. Just can be a bit small for certain Felines and People who take a lot of pills.

I like being able to keep one days pills out at a time instead of the standard weekly pill boxes.
This is a really nice alternative to the standard pill organizers you can find at any drug store. The item looks exactly like what was picture on the purchase page and doesn't seem like it would break easily. It has been knocked off my desk or counter a couple times and was fine. The cons that I can see are that the compartments are not easy-open. They are far from child-proof but someone with fine motor skill issues might have trouble opening the smaller compartments.I couldn't mark it 5 stars because the lettering for the days has started to rub off on some of the containers and I'm not sure why. I've been using it for just under two months and I don't handle them beyond filling and removing pills once a day.

Convenience!
I have a dog that eats everything he can reach. Was using the long by the week pill boxes and had to hide them away so the dog wouldn't eat my meds and die. All too often I'd forget to take my meds...out of sight/out of mind. Needed something compact to put on counter by coffee maker so I'd remember to take my meds. This is perfect for that!I only need two slots per day (AM & PM) and this case has four. So, using the extra slots as also AM & PM, the case holds two weeks worth of meds for me. Convenience doubled! So, my dog is still alive and well and since I'm now remembering to take my meds daily, so am I.

Cheerful organizer with a compact design
I got the rainbow color. It is such a cheerful organizer, amd takes up WAY less space in the bathroom than those horizontal pill organizers. I take multiple pills (some very large, sadly) and they all have fit in their respective compartments. Easy to just take the day's pills with you on the go without having to use yet another container. I deducted a star because the compartments are not consistent in the firmness of the clasps - some are looser, some are very hard to open.

Pretty colors and portable organizer
Not only is this bright and cheerful, I love the design. I stagger my supplements through the day, which means that I am taking many of them at work. I needed something portable, that I could carry in my purse or tote bag. I like the rainbow colored daily boxes, and the sorting tower has a wonderfully simple and clean design. The top comes off, so if you find yourself out of sequence, it is easy enough to open it at the top and resort the daily pill boxes. The compartments are a tight fit for my larger supplements, such as my glucosamine tablets, but I make it work.

Beautiful, functional--IF you don't have large pills (fish oil)!
Beautiful! As an interior designer with a chronic illness, I'm the type of person who can't bear to have ugly things out, as medical devices and supplies so often are! If you've got to leave this on a bedside table, you could do much much worse. It also allows you to tuck it away in a purse. However, I need to take 2 fish oil supplements a day, and the small pill container wasn't able to close with even one in (too fat). What a shame, because this is truly a practical and beautiful item otherwise. I'll also note that this item is non-returnable (it doesn't say on the site), but Amazon was kind enough to refund me the amount, which was amazing.

But otherwise it’s a nice little organizer
Ordered this for my husband’s grandmother to help her keep track of her pills throughout the day and week. I deducted a star because each individual compartment is a teensy small for some larger pills, or for times when there are a number of pills to take. But otherwise it’s a nice little organizer!

Cheaply made, bought a similar version of higher quality for a few dollars more I love.
This thing was a pain in the neck. I bought a similar model from a different vendor (in a sleeker all grey tone) and prefer that one.It doesn’t take an act of the universe to load the trey and keep it from spilling your pills when you pull out the days section. Also - if you have a lot of pills, the trays are not split or deep enough to accommodate much.

Eases the struggle of lots of medications
Absolutely brilliant product. I'm on pills five times a day, and this means I don't have to work so hard to make sure I take the right meds every time. I use an alarm system on my phone and then take the corresponding slot of meds. Would highly recommend.

The individual day holders are great, but the stand is awkward.
I bought this when I needed to pack for a festival weeked and felt that I couldn't fit my regular 7×4 compartment weekly tablet holder in my small luggage. At first I tried to pack the whole thing, and it did fit fine, but all the rainbow holders immediately burst out the top of the white holder. There is no kind of proper clip mechanism on its lid, so it immediately falls off if turned on its side. Therefore it is not great for travel. The rainbow individul day holders are however, great for travel. I ended up just packing the four day holders I needed loose, and they all stayed closed fine. An individul one can fit easily into a small handbag or a pocket to be carried around all day. I have not had any of the compartments open in my bag or pocket.People have commented that the print rubs off, but I have used many tablet holders and yet to find one that doesn't have the writing rub off. These have the benefit of all being different colours, so you can easily tell which day is which, even if the writing does rub off. The four compartments on each day are two different sizes, so you might be able to mix up the morning and bedtime or the afternoon and evening compartments if the names rub off, but if you get the orientation right, you should be able to tell which is which easily. You can also write on the containers with marker pen if it has rubbed off. I also wrote the days on the back, so that I can read them if I put the containers on the stand the wrong way round. The stand would probably work well if you are just going to use them on a counter, as you can take the current day's holder out the bottom and lift off the lid to put it on the top of the pile at the end of the day. It is a bit annoying that you have to put your fingers under and lift the pile up to slide it back in when you are in the middle of the day. You could choose to stack then the other way and take them from the top, but you would still need to awkwardly slide it back in the bottom at the end of the day.A minor nitpicking thing that bugs me is that I think the Friday and Saturday colours should be the other way round. They put turquoise between blue and purple, when turquoise is a blue-green. Perhaps they originally intended to make the Saturday one a dark blue and changed thier minds. It looks a bit odd stacked in the order they printed them. It bugged me so I rubbed the days off and wrote them back on the other way round.Overall I find that the holders are very useful if you want to just take one out with you when you leave for the day. I have decided that I am going to just use them outside of the stand to pack for my short holidays and use a regular holder the rest of the time, but there is no reason not to use them in the stand as a main tablet holder, as long as you don't try and transport the whole thing.

Great piece of kit to make life easier.
I only tend to use two compartments per day, but the extras give more room if I need to take spares or use as required meds. I can fit six tablets/supplements in one compartment. Really easy to remove the current day from the bottom and replace at the top when empty. Has been a great time saver to dole out the tablets once a week and really handy for taking a couple of boxes when travelling.

Very Organised but days of the week rub off very easily
Excellent design use the tablets and fill it up and just place it on top before we used small plastic bowls but this way it's very small compact and enough room for all the pills.Update: my only complaint the days of the week, Mon-Sun have already starting to come off so it can be confusing if you can't remember the colours.Quick fix, it's a pain and time-consuming but if you cut some clear sellotape you need to cover the writing so it doesn't rub off it will last a lot longer.Shame really.Cheers

A really useful, easy to use dosset box.
I love this dosset box, it's easy to use & had little boxes for each day of the week with the whole day split up into morning, noon, evening & bedtime which is really helpful when you have medication taken at specific times of the day...you can also take the little boxes with each day of the week on off the little unit they come in & lock them in a medicine box once filled for the day as they're small enough, would recommend for someone who need to take multiple tables at specific times of the day.
