Great quality. Just take a wire wheel to it. It will look so much better. Just my opinion.

Not only is this a very nice walking stick, it is a great conversation starter. I took walking stick with me on a recent trip to Ocracoke Island and I had many people asking questions about it. As for the stick itself, it comes in three pieces that screws together, but they are fitted so tightly that it is as strong as any one piece stick. The axe head handle looks like it would be uncomfortable to use, but it is not . It fits your hand very nicely and is comfortable to use. Overall a very nice product that I would recommend.

I didn't get this as a walking stick. I got it as a hook to adjust the vents on my central heat/AC, which are very high off the ground.If I *had* used it as a walking stick, it would have been a little tall for me. I'm about 5'9", with short legs relative to my torso. I think this would be a proper length walking stick for people 5'10" or so.It's got a nice rubber tip, which gets good traction and doesn't seem like it would mar floors.It screws together easily, and it looks good. There's a black metal ring that goes around the top joint, where it attaches to the axe head, and the fit there is loose. You probably won't notice once it's screwed together, but still, it would be nice to see better-fitted parts.
