is Dyac worth it?
After using this monitor for 4 months now -- is Dyac worth it? Short answer is yes.Long answer - Assuming a $100 difference between the Dyac and non-Dyac version of BenQ monitors, you will be paying 100 dollars for the technology. That is almost certainly an overpriced premium that you will be paying for considering the fact that Dyac is not a completely groundbreaking necessity. Is it good though? Yes. Dyac is most beneficial in competitive FPS games, and somewhat beneficial in others. If you were to play other genres, Dyac does not serve too much of a purpose, where Gsync could actually prove to be more beneficial depending on your frames per second. With Dyac, you will eventually get used to it and become normal to you. I wouldn't necessarily say it gives you an advantage more than I would say it makes gaming more pleasant.(Basically it's a good feature however other brands have lesser yet still effective ways of combating ghosting already via ULMB. From my understanding, Dyac is simple and effective while ULMB adds input lag and takes some calibration)However when you buy a BenQ, what you will be paying for is:-Incredible design, build quality, materials, OSD, panel manufacturing and scaling, etc.-Premium feel to everything with an incredible attention to detail that you won't find with any other brand-Peace of mind, knowing that these are the monitors professional players compete with at real tournaments :)My only regret is opting to go the cheap route by buying this monitor [XL2536] instead of the 240hz version [XL2546]. I did not think paying $500 for the XL2546 (an extra $200!) was worth the difference, especially since I'd only benefit from it in CS:GO and Valorant, but I've come to the conclusion that monitors should be used for 5-10 years, so spending the extra money now to forfeit the risk of having to upgrade again sooner is worth it.Either way you can't go wrong

Great clarity
Upgrading from a 60hz monitor to this, huge difference. Clarity is great in fast paced games like overwatch, apex legends, rainbow six seige, etc. I was nervous when choosing this (or any) monitor, as there are a LOT of negative reviews on any of the top rated monitors. I was worried about dead pixels, and color bleeding the most, but also longevity. I was pleased to find no dead pixels, and thus far a great looking TN panel. Now for those looking for rich color saturation, this might not be for you, but if you are a somewhat serious gamer and are looking for speed, TN panels deliver.I will keep this updated if I run in to any issues in the future.

GOAT
Life changing. Having come from a long line of cheap monitors this monitor is the GOAT. If you need a superb monitor at a decent price, pick it up. A lot of people are shifty since it is 1080p, but at 24.5” with the pure quality of the monitor it appears significantly more sharp. After this experience I am never going to buy a cheapo Walmart monitor again. You have to play with the settings at first because they cranked the brightness and black equalizer up, but it is stupid easy to change, especially with the S-Switch. Im going to have this monitor buried with me when I die.

Super fluid but picture quality is subpar. Dark colors get really blotchy
I bought this monitor for its 144Hz refresh rate and was very disappointed. Games like Rust do look amazingly fluid on it, but the picture quality is just not good. The screen has a washed out look to it, and if you move your head even an inch in any direction, the screen starts looking even more washed out because of the awful viewing angle. Dark colors get very blotchy and the monitor is unable to maintain visual integrity when displaying color in darker scenes. I'm sending this one back and I have a new appreciation for my Dell Ultrasharp.

Much better for FPS games where you need it to run ...
I had a friend who recently bought a Zowie monitor from Dreamhack last year, albeit the 240hz monitor so I had to see what the higher refresh rate monitors felt. I ended up getting the 144hz version but it’s absolutely incredible! Huge performance boost from a 60hz monitor. Much better for FPS games where you need it to run as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended.

Excellent Monitor for the Price
The only issue is that if you plug your headphone into the auxiliary port, you'll have low sound quality, you solve this by either buying an eternal sound amplifier or just connecting is via Bluetooth to your Desktop or laptop. But in all other aspects it's awesome for the price.

Durable, reliable and good color accuracy
I bought this monitor with the intention of using it for gaming. It's been a year and a half since I've been using the unit and so far no issues came up thank goodness (no flickering, colour instability, dead pixels, etc...). After gaming in 144hz, I can never go back to a 60hz screen even for normal use.I tried traveling with the monitor and I have to see it's best to do so with a case because this monitor is pretty heaving with the metal stand.

Perfectly Satisfied
Exactly what I wanted! Much better than I expected! Not bad for digital art too. Competes with older IPs and VA panels in color reproduction. Amazing monitor. Fast shipping

Mal calibrado
