Natori Women's Aphrodite Solid Slinky Robe

This is truly the most comfortable and sexy feeling robe I've ever owned. Love the way it feels, looks, and drapes. Fabric is soft and heavy, perfect.

It fits well and feels really nice but it's so slick that it continually works its way open, and that drives me nuts. I'm constantly retying it and trying to keep it closed. I also have the Natori Shangri La robe, and prefer it to this one. The Shangri La has a more cottony feel, and it stays closed.

This was not as warm as I was hoping. The fabric is a shiny slippery polyester which means if you tie the robe with the belt and move around the belt comes undone. I sent it back since it was not what I wanted in a robe.

I ordered this bathrobe to bring to the hospital with me for the birth of my first child. I paid $140, and for that price I expected a very nice product. The bathrobe that arrived was incredibly awful. I don't know how this company justifies charging that much for such a low-quality, badly made product. I wouldn't pay 5 dollars for this robe. It's polyester, and completely see-through with scratchy seams. It also fits oddly (more oddly than I'd expect a robe to fit my bulbous pregnant body).I do not blame amazon for this company's terrible product, however, and am pleased that the return process was so easy. A ups guy is coming to the house with a prepaid label to pick up the package, and its completely free to me to return. Kudos, amazon!

I love the cut and fabric of the robe. The hand is slinky and luxurious. My only wish is that there were a better way to keep the robe tightly crossed. There is an interior tie on one side, but the other slides open occasionally because the belt is very slippery. I am 5'3, 130 lbs and the small fit well; the length brushes the top of my foot, and the sleeve hits my wrist bone.

I returned this robe, did not like the material, to thin and sheer. I then ordered a silk robe and love it.

Admittedly, I have a lot of robes -- mostly silk, but I make exceptions for Natori products. As noted by other reviewers, the fabric is quite slippery and the fact there is no external tie means that the wrap slides out over time as you are moving about. Super comfortable worn by itself, but for me always worn on top of a nightie or slip.In colder months, the fabric is thin enough to layer with other robes as a "slip-robe" to protect more delicate fabrics like silk whilst increasing the warmth. Wish this robe had lace detailing on the skirt and sleeve hems. Recommended!
