Great Workout Skate
Great skates for intermediate trail skating. As the years go by, inline skates seem to be gravitating more and more toward giving users more speed with less work, which is fine for people who want to be seen going fast, but not as great if you actually want a workout when you skate. These are a nice compromise: you get a satisfyingly responsive skate, but you have to do more than just lean forward to get going. The bigness of the wheels means that I can go over rough roads and sidewalks to get to the trail without tripping or stumbling on nooks and crannies. The hardness of the wheels let me do the same without wearing down the wheels right away, but also means the rattle from rough roads isn't softened and I feel it all up my legs until I reach the merciful smoothness of the trail (no set of wheels are going to be able to compensate for badly maintained roads!). For any skill level, I think these provide a smooth skate without totally taking the effort out of it.Notes about the fit: I didn't notice until I was reading the included manual that the Rollerblade official sizing actually recommended a different size for me (I'm a lady who wears a women's 10, I ordered a men's 8 like I would with unisex shoes but the chart in the manual recommends a men's 9; the 8 fit me fine but I also have a slim foot). Also, getting in and out of these the first time was a challenge because the laces make tough friction against the tongue of the skate, which now that I know to look out for it, is actually a pretty amazing feature that keeps the fit perfect for the whole session. It just really threw me off the first time.

Fun, smooth and fast!
Great skates! My 8 year old daughter got the girls Rollerblade skates for Christmas so I ordered myself some too. I haven't owned, or skated on inline skates for 20 years, but it's just like riding a bike. Our local park has 1.5 mile oval made cor rollerblading. 4 laps yesterday, 6 laps today. A great workout alternative to my regular cycling routine. I can easily tell I'm using muscles that aren't used with my cycling. Same burn as I get after a day on the telemark skis. These skates cruise effortlessly at what I'd estimate as 15-20 mph. This is what I am always looking for in footwear/clothing reviews:FIT - I wear your standard width shoes for all types of footwear. My street shoe size is 10 to 10.5. Most often 10.5.After a considerable amount of research of customer reviews, I decided on size 11.Turned out to be a great choice. I'm wearing a standard thickness cotton athletic sock and they are perfect.

The package wasn't in that great a shape
Ordered these for my 11 year old son(who wears a size 10). He has never, I repeat, never rollerbladed before, although he is quite proficient on roller skates and has been ice skating before. The package wasn't in that great a shape, but I removed the rollerblades and made sure everything was tightened and in "new" condition. The skates look pristine. Once he had them on, he stoop up and instantly started zooming around the living room. Although I can give a large percentage of the credit to him having a great center of balance and years of roller skating prowess, this product is great. The wheels are soft and not well adapted on outdoor surfaces such as rough finished concrete or asphalt (will probably damage the wheels over a short period of time), he praised them highly when I asked about comfort and ankle support. Great product! Will update after our next few months of skating rink trials! At this point I would definitely recommend!

Perfect if prefer to skate on soft boots.
I really liked the quality of the boot. Where this product did not work for me is that it's a soft boot and it was only after skating on it that I realized that a hard boot is what I need. The reason for that is because I felt a loss of transfer of energy as I pushed off; I could feel the boot flex. I could not synch the buckle down tight enough to keep it in place.

It last long time!
I am an amateur rollerblader. I have used these rollerblades for more than 2 years (3 years in January 2020). I only changed my wheels once because someone told me but they lasted for more than a year and a half. Everything still on place: the boots are still very comfortable; laces, velcro, bearings still excellent. I usually run more than five times in a month and 1 hour+. It is important to keep a maintenance routine as it supposed.I am not an expert on every piece it comes but the experience was enough to consider them as excellent rollerblades! It arrived on time and completed!

Not for everyone: many blistering pressure points. Lacing and buckle should be much better for the price.
Very uncomfortable. Many blistering pressure points. Lacing system is not that good and neither is the buckle. For the money there are many other product on the market. I ended up purchasing the K2 Vo2 90. Much much more comfortable, just as fast, speed lacing and boas system.
