Tuff Concepts Hoist Plaster Lifter 11FT Heavy Duty Drywall Folding Engine Crane

For £99 this is far cheaper than hiring - by the time I finish I could have bought three of them for the hire charges!. Does its job but needed easing to get it to 11' as the second stage lift was stuck. The latch to one arm needed bending to hod it in place and latch to the tilt had to be bent to work. Cable rubs on the turn handle so had to remove the handle otherwise the bolt to the handle keeps twanging the cable. At £99 these little niggles are nothing hence still giving 5 stars.

Strong enough for what it has been designed for. Correct construction by user is vital for the lift to work correctly.

Works, great, with a 2400mm board it is a little worrying but you can get them up on a high ceiling on your own, I still used a 'T' Bar to hold the board in place before screwing to joist but it works great and a very good price.

Great tool , makes a 3 man job now a one man job , am currently renovating a property and have used this to plasterboard 8ft by 4ft boards on the ceiling by myself.

This product it terrible, it's very cheaply made. I put the lifter together and put the first board on it and the framework broke instantly, after inspection i found that the welding was terrible and had sheered off with minimal weight. After submitting pictures to the seller they then had to send them to the factory for a decision of a replacement part. this took so long i requested a full refund. Terrible kit and service.

really good value for money ,only one grumble as you wind up the board it can feel a little flimsy on the handle ,otherwise really pleased with it

Product was delivered damaged looking at how it works it seems twisted and extremely difficult to crank up. Instructions not clear and product is not assembled very well
