Shocked and disappointed at broken item
I have a 2016 edition of the royalty line knives and love the products so i ordered the new one for my mum as a christmas gift. Much to my surprise, after she used the utility knife to cut some onions the anti slip handle snapped off. This was the first time using this knife so very shocked that this has happened and would like an explanation as to why. I'm assuming that these are legitimate products from the royalty line right ? If this is not the case and this was merely a case of a one off faulty item then I would like to be informed otherwise. Currently I am very disappointed with the product...

Was great at first but witbin a fee weeks handles snapped and blades fell out

Used the purple knife for cutting some herbs and The handle fell off. Cannot find a guarantee on the Internet. Has anyone else?

Only used this knife once & the handle fell off.

Handles snap off
Bought this set and after a couple of uses two of the handles snapped off. Waste of money. No confidence in the other three.
