Great for travel
This is a perfect bag for traveling. It has a horizontal stripe on the back so that you can slip it onto the telescoping handle of a piece of luggage. There are many compartments and plenty of room for stuff. The fabric seems very durable and the zippers work smoothly. My only complaint was that the space for the laptop seems very tight and small. I have a very small Lenovo laptop and it just barely fit in there. I think this bag would work even better with a tablet of some sort. A full size laptop would never fit in there. But if you're traveling with a tablet or very small laptop, this will work out perfectly for you.

Great Size - Holds a Lot
My college-student daughter needed an everyday backpack for school. She had one that was larger, but she wanted something smaller that would be less bulky and easier to carry around on the subway. She likes the neutral color and even though it seems small, it really holds a lot.
