Perfect
Love the texture of this one - was struggling to finish the oily dropper version and never got used to the texture of it. This one is perfect and does not leave a sticky residue at all. Also does not smell strange when wiped off the next day like the oil drop one.

Miss the old packaging
Honestly just the new bottle … if it tips over just a little bit it leaks everywhere… so annoying

Caused skin irritation
After trying so many different brands of high end vitamin C serum (skinceutical (gold standard), drink elephant, Peter Thomas Roth, revision), I decided to find a cheaper option due to rising cost of the vitamin c serum that I mentioned. I was thrilled to find a vitamin C serum that has a short ingredient list with no fragrances added. I only tried this for 2 days and my skin became red, patchy with little bumps. My skin was looking pretty good from the Peter Thomas Roth vitamin c serum which was getting too pricey for me. I had to stop using this since my skin condition was getting worse. This vitamin c serum does contain some citrus fruits extracts like lemon, grapefruit and mandarin extracts. I think these extracts were irritating my skin. Also grapefruit extract may become phototoxic if you are trying to layer it under your sunscreen. So personally I’m not a big fan of that. It does have a slight oily texture but not horrible to the point that it’s difficult to layer other products on top of it.
