I can choose the type of massage I like, the intensity I feel comfortable with and have it for the time I prefer, believe me the feeling is incredible, in a few minutes it relieves minor pain and numbness, increases circulation and relaxes the muscles, I enjoy having my sessions before going to bed for a better sleeping.There are a lot of reasons for feet to hurt, exertion, uncomfortable shoes, not enough exercise, too much standing time and also a lot of diseases cause peripheral nerve damage and poor circulation to the extremities which translate in pain and numbness for the feet (if you have been diagnosed or suspect you suffer from any disease please consult with your doctor before using the device) when feet hurt we are limited to do the things we need, want and love because we are in a state of discomfort and this is a very simple, inexpensive way to provide a possible solution to that problem.The device is easy to use, portable, easy to clean, rechargeable by USB connection, has 6 massage modes and 9 levels of intensity (you should try level 1 and familiarize with the feeling and move up as long as it feels comfortable) and if you happen to have someone you care about that has limited mobility due to age or affected limbs this is a good way to provide regular muscle stimulation and that way prevent the onset of other ailments. I recommend this product.

I was skeptical about this product but bought it since I needed a foot massager that wasn't very bulky. This massager incorporates a novel concept and is very effective for massage. I have been using this regularly over the past couple of weeks and have been impressed with how effective it is.Ease of Use: Just need to recharge the module at the top using the included charger. Once charged, your snap it into the main mat. Click the + sign to turn it on - and increase the intensity by clicking the + sign. You can click the center M button to change the modes. Then stand on the mat.Portable: You can disconnect the module, fold the mat and easily carry it around. Yes - I did take it around - and that is a major benefit.Different Modes: I generally use the Massage and the Scrape modes. There are 6 modes - but try them out after using the massager regularly for a few days and you can tell the difference.Based on my experience.... Start with a low intensity level - I started with 1 but now generally use the Level 3 for my massage. This has been a wonderful novel concept - but is effective. And great value for the price.

This is the third or 4th purchase I've made for a electronic pulsating foot massage and finally found one that actually does something to my feet. I have extremely painful feet from a bunion and I suffer nightly with peripheral neuropathy. I had heard that stimulating the nerves in ones feet would help this condition. I believe I can see improvement and will likely see more- if I use it on a more regular basis.What I like:Size (It folds up into a very small size when storing and is large enough for most feet. i wear a ladies size nine and there is room for a mans foot and I imagine it would work for smaller feet as well.I like that it works and that there a a variety of massage types and settings.What I don't like. It's hard to reach down and adjust settings. I wish it had a remote.The word display is minuscule, I have to have it on the table with glasses on to read the display.Overall, This was a very good purchase and I would recommend it for anyone seeking relief from night time foot pain. It's not a cure but it helps!

THis is the second one. Returned the first because it didn't even work. Second one didn't work as well.I was hoping i would work, but alas, it didn't.

In comparison to other similar units I like the hard surface rather than the soft mat, both have their pros but the hard surface allows for a better connection. Also although it only has 9 strength of current settings, the level 9 on this unit is much stronger than even 19 on some of the units that haves more level settings. It’s a good unit and has really helped my muscle awareness and strength building for both feet pain, and amazingly even knee pain and weight loss.

This foot massager/machine works pretty good but I didn’t realize you shouldn’t use it if you have any metal implanted in your body. You can feel it working as low as level two. After you take your feet off, you can still feel the residual energy it puts off. It is very easy to put together and use. Regretfully I have to return it due to a metal plate in my body.

It’s a cheap, China produced, plastic trinket with a ton of different settings that are basically the same.It is quite strong, I’ll say that, so they provide a pretty powerful stimulus even on the lower settings, but other than that I don’t think this gadget does much else.I use it when my feet are tired and hurt and I like to think that perhaps it’s helping my circulation. It’s also humorous because it’s just so tacky, lolI don’t know if I can recommend this, but if you like your feet tickled with little electrical charges and pulses, then you ought to get this thing and look every bit as nerdy as I do sitting with your feet planted on it.
