Good product, but a little pricey.
These serve their purpose, but I'm not sure if it's any better than buying actual night time training diapers. The pros are that they do insert into to "regular looking" underwear which would be good for a child that might be in an embarrassing situation, such as a sleepover. I feel like they might give the child the mindset that they are wearing real underwear therefore lessening the chance of them actually going in them. The cons are that they can and do sometimes leak. Most nights my son will wet in them and be ok, but there have been those nights when he has gone either multiple times or has a big accident and his bed is wet. I can't really say that's the fault of this product though. Another con is the price. I have to order on Amazon since my local Walmart no longer carries these. I feel like they might be slightly overpriced. Also, they seem a little too big for the pocket that comes in the coordinating underwear, but they still work. I just think the fit could be better. Overall, I think these are a good option for children that are fully potty trained during the day, but still have issues at bedtime. I will more than likely continue to purchase as long as we need them.

Big boy bedtime solution
We have a little boy who sleeps very hard and occasionally has an isssue. This system has been so helpful for our family. After potty training kids don't want to wear diapers or anything disguised as one. The trufit goodnites briefs are made of cloth and looks like a normal pair of underwear.I've purchased 3 starter packages and two refills so far and couldn't be happier. I will continue to purchase the refills as long as we need them.Recently I decided to size up to the L-xl and it seems to work better than the smaller size. The waistband is big on my son (age 4) but they seem to function better for him when compared to the s-m size. Four stars for now because the fit isn't all that great but 5 stars on the system. We love it!I was never given any discount or free product in exchange for my review, I do reviews to help other parents get the best with their money. If my review has helped you make a purchase decision please give me helpful vote below.

Imagine the world's largest diaper bunched between your thighs.
UPDATE: I'm adding a thought here. I never expected this to happen, but the manufacturer actually contacted me and asked some great questions about how the product worked for my son in light of his autism. I was VERY impressed with their customer service and while I wasn't in love with the product, I'm definitely in love with the manufacturer for taking the time to ask probing questions and understand what it might take to make this product better for all.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased these as an option for my son as we were moving from training pants / pull ups. My son HATES them. Full disclosure, my son has autism and has some sensitivity to textures. The underwear are nice cotton briefs, with a panel inset into the crotch of the underpants. You take a pad and insert it into the panel and that is what catches urine when the child sleeps. The pad portion is HUGE. It creates a giant bunch of fabric/material between his legs. It MAY work for other children, but the sheer size of it made it impossible for my son to wear. WE had massive fights when I tried to incorporate these, and after about three days, I gave up and we went back to pull ups. I have tons of these left and will end up donating them to a women's shelter or the Salvation Army since I don't want to have them go to waste.Pros- The underwear themselves are nice and comfortableCons- The absorbent pads are very thick- Difficult to get a smooth insertion of the pad into the underwear portionI paid full price for this item and these are my unbiased opinions.

Works for my Son and me!
If you buy these in the store you're paying $13.99(ish) a pack. With this being a three pack, it's like buying two getting one free. So if you like this nighttime diaper option and it works for you, it's a good deal.I know there is a lot of complaints about leaks, difficulty getting the pee pads in the underwear, and the underwear itself not lasting long. I personally haven't had an issue with any of these things, and I have been using them(and same underwear set) for about two+ months now. Cold wash, (I use Seventh generation or another Eco-friendly detergent, depending what's on sale), hang dry. Taking your time is key to getting the pee pad in just right (I turn the underwear inside out and tuck each corner in carefully, then push rightside-out and run my hands on the inside to smooth any buldges) to avoid leaks.

Great for accidents
Five months after my son daytimed trained at 3.5, he started being dry overnight. Then, one day, he wasn’t dry anymore. We took him to the pediatrician, and after some trial and error, determined that he just wasn’t fully ready. Because he had a break from pull-ups, he wouldn’t wear them. He told us that only babies wear them, and he wasn’t a baby. So we bought the cloth underwear and these inserts. We call them no-accident underwear. He sometimes resists wearing them. He is 4.5, after all. But they stop leaks and he is happy that he doesn’t wake up in a wet bed.

Use these and sleep through the night!
I didn't know this is how you were supposed to get through nights. There's no way I wouldn't have to change diapers in the middle of the night if I didn't use these. They are kinda pricey compared to other ones, but they are better and wider. Stay put better. Tried some narrow kotex looking kind and they were ok when kids (twins) were smaller, but when they hit toddler pre-potty training stage, those weren't doing the job.So they go all the way through so they are not very wet to the touch. I used them with Luvs. You could use them with any diaper really. Make sure if you have a boy to pull it up high in front.
