Great hand guards for the price, this particular model the bracket that connects the hand guard to the handlebar is some sort of ABS plastic or something? The manufacture does make an upgraded style with CNC aluminum brackets, so if you are rough on your bike I would recommend those….. my son laid his bike over a few hours after we put them on and snapped the bracket right off. Not the hand guards fault at all, we may upgrade to the aluminum style next. But for the price they are a great value.

Nice looking product and seems well made. The nut was a bit tight, but I figured it out. And on the right side(if sitting on atv) with the lever, I couldn’t move that so I ended up flipping the black piece over so it went over the wires! Worked well and looks awesome!

This is the second pair I bought to put on a 2019 TTR125. Previous pair is on a 2009 TTR230. They're made of hard, seemingly brittle plastic, but they've held up well to a few crashes. They do a good job at cutting down on wind during cold days, and deflecting small branches and rocks from other riders away from your handsI honestly didn't expect them to last long, but they did! And even if they break, keep in mind tbey're a quarter to a third of the price of a brand name... Color is slightly off from Yamaha factory color, but barely noticeable. Would recommend.

I got about two hours out of these before they broke.I have a second set if anyone wants them for free.Would not recommend them
