Great ideas for filling, healthy recipes
I’ve been following Ilana on IG and have enjoyed watching her make healthy, easy “veggie first” foods for years. I always think I will write down and try her recipes, but forget. Super happy to have this cookbook— now I have a daily reminder in my kitchen to try new foods and recipes!I purchased the hardcover - recommend to upgrade to the spiral bound. As with most books, this one will lay open around the middle, but will take some breaking in of the spine to get the early or end of the book recipes to hold open. The book is well made, hefty with thick beautiful color photos. Along with some nice veggies and meat recipes, Ilana has several cloud bread, wonder whips and frowoah variations (that I just cannot wait to try). Some recipes are simple and “boring” (like salads and egg with toast), but this book is set apart by Ilana’s own touch in tempting veggies, snacks, desserts and even a cake for breakfast! I’d recommend following her on social media to accompany the book and see the recipes demonstrated in her videos.

A wonderful cookbook
I love this gal, I’ve seen her on YouTube. I bought this, but then was going to return it thinking I don’t really need it. I’m going to give it to a friend. It’s a wonderful cookbook. Thank you.

Most delicious healthy food I've ever eaten!
There's nothing not to like about this book. My biggest struggle in life has been trying to find a balance between food that I really enjoy and food that is healthy and promotes weight loss. Ilanas book provides that balance. The recipies in this book cover all the bases. Great tasting breakfasts, lunches, dinners , snacks and much much more!I've dropped 18 lbs in the two months that I've been following ilanas 2B mindset using the recipies in this book along with those on the 2B superblock. I can't recommend this book and program highly enough!!

Love it, but... there needs to be more recipe testing by home cooks
I really like the recipes I've tried, especially the sexy salads. But some of the measurements for ingredients were way off. For example, when it calls for kale and Brussels sprouts to be sauteed in a pan in one of the salads, it is so much volume I couldn't fit it all in a 12" pan, maybe not even half of it. I also don't like when the picture shows an ingredient that clearly isn't listed in the core recipe, but if it's an option, I'd still like it listed so I don't have to stare at the picture trying to figure out if it's sun dried tomatoes or something else. I think it just needs to go through more testers and be refined and more specific. I've been spoiled by ATK cookbooks, I guess.

I really appreciate this book!
As a busy mom of 3, who also works full-time, I really appreciate having this book on hand. I’ve read it all the way through now and all of the recipes appear to be very easy to make, plus there’s mouthwatering photos of all of them! I appreciate the simplicity of the design on the pages and throughout the book.As someone who follows the 2B Mindset, it’s nice to have a central location of some of Ilana’s best creations. I like that there are different flavor combinations and variations of some of the base recipes. I don’t always think to add different ingredients together to play with flavors and I prefer to follow recipes for the most part. I also really love the “Savvy Sweets” section because I struggle with sweets the most.I think this cookbook is great for anyone, but especially busy people, or those new to cooking.

Change your life book !
I love love this book & everything Ilana does. She truly helps you to balance your life , take care of your health, improve your life ,& she makes it so doable. The recipes are SO good ,& SO easy. I honestly think Ilana is genius. This is the first ever weight loss program I think I can not only do , but live the rest of my life,& I am 62 - tried everything . Anyone that starts the Ilana way won’t want to turn back. I cannot recommend this book ,& all of Ilana ‘s books , Instagrams etc. I feel like I have a new life already ,& only been following the program 5 weeks. I feel so much better ,& the foods are SO good. Thank you Ilana. God Bless You richly.

Great photo, no recipe
Not a well written book. Instructions minimal and serving instructions non existent. Needed editting. She clearly states not a weight loss book and doesn't really go into her Water first, veggies most philosophy. In the short introduction she says if you're still hungry to follow her More? Sure! Model and for more details see one of her other books. Thanks....Also, the most tempting photo in the book is on page 134 with no recipe!
