I got this just for my back pain to be honest, after reading steel framed ones can be good for posture and back support.I screwed my back up on a trampoline 13 years ago, and every day since I've had constant back pain, sometimes I take codrydamol or cocodamol for it.I work in fast food so when I first got this, I put it on for an hour in the morning at work, and took it off for dinner time.After about a week of use I noticed a drastic change. For the first time in 13 YEARS I COULD TOUCH MY TOES and my knees weren't bent either. I could lift things, bend over, twist, it's awesome.The side effect (although this will be its main selling point actually) is that it sucks your figure in and over time gives you more of an hourglass figure. This to me doesn't matter - I'm thin. But I guess for the bigger girls it might be a bonus.

Product is amazing and very structured. I would not recommend for working out besides maybe running as it it very structured. I’m going to use it for waist training as it looks and works very similarly to the what waist brand on instagram. The size guide is spot on so don’t lie to yourself and get the size that aligns with your and you’ll be fine! Great product.

Das Teil ist sehr unkomfortabel zu tragen, wenn Frau damit wirklich etwas kaschieren und/oder wegtrainieren will. Im Alltag unter normaler Kleidung nicht zu gebrauchen.Bei schlanken Taillen mag das funktionieren, aber die brauchen sowas erst garnicht. Deshalb werden auch solche Modelle für die Fotos verwendet.

Personalmente la utilizzo sia come fascia modellante che come sostegno per tenere dritta la schiena e non prendere la cattiva abitudine di incurvarsi. Credo però sia poco indicata per allenarsi, la fascia è costituita da stecche molto rigide che non permettono il flettersi del torace.
