My screen is already cracked, can I still put this screen protector on? Will it cause any issues to my phone if put on?

No it should be fine. It will actually keep your phone from cracking more. Just be careful when you are taking it off so you don’t pull the screen too hard and damage it. I’ve put a cover over a cracked screen before and it kept it safe from further damage.

How easy is it to remove? Will it Crack if you try to remove it?

I've not removed the whole thing, but I have pulled up a corner to remove a small bubble immediately after application and it pulled up really easily on that edge. Yet, I've had it on for a year now and it's never gotten loose or tried to pull up where I did that. It's a really great product. To remove, just start with a finger nail at one of the corners and you'll be surprised that it just lifts when you apply slight pressure with your nail aiming under the protector edge.
