Q: How difficult is this to assemble, 1 being least difficult and 10 being most difficult?

Assembly is not difficult and took me about 35 minutes. Once assembled it rides smooth and very quiet. I love it. I am 74 and I use it for an hour everyday

There is an adjustment knob under the seat. It is graduated, so you can choose the strength you prefer..
