The first shipment had a crooked knob but Amazon made it right for me and replaced it.Cooks well and is exactly what I was looking for. :-)

It's a great camp stove.
I've used it a few times now and I'm impressed. It has survived some of the hardest off-road trails on the west coast and nothing has rattled loose.10/10 would recommend.

The igniter button did not work right out of the box. Otherwise it cooks great.

Was shipped a used product with no instructions. Returning.
I bought this product in preparation for my upcoming camping trip. When I got the box, the box was not sealed. I opened it, and the item was slightly scratched. Furthermore, there are no instructions for this product inside the box or even a QR code to watch a YouTube video. It appears that this product had been returned and then shipped to me. The final straw was that there were no instructions included for the product. How am I supposed to use a camping stove with propane if there are no instructions? Disappointed. Definitely returning.

My favorite stove (with easy fix to the ignitor)
The media could not be loaded. I've owned similar priced Coleman and Eureka stoves, and this one is my favorite. It's sturdy, cooking grate is strong, and the burners have good control from simmer to super high (the 460+ is 14,000 BTUs per burner). I cooked curry stew on it and simmering was outstanding.I saw many reviews where the ignitor did not work right out of the box. Mine did not work either, but all it took was a needle nose pliers and <30 seconds to carefully bend the tip part so it is about 1/4" from the burner. After that it works 100% of the time! (had to take 1 star off for that)

Meh, not great.
The igniters worked once, then quit working. The stove worked for about 10-15 uses with a lighter. Now it's completely non-functional. Tried to troubleshoot and repair myself, but no luck. The propane jets are sealed in and are not replaceable. Takes 2 people to reassemble. I recommend you buy either a better stove that is reliable/repairable or a cheaper one that's easily replaceable.

Stove is great, but their customer service really sucks!
Sent them a request for help with my stove, and I immediately received an auto response that they received my inquire and would get back to me. That was over three weeks ago. I emailed them three times and did not receive any response.I have to give their customer service a 0/10 score.There are other good products to consider that will also give you good service! I cannot recommend GCI.
