This bowl is fantastic. it works so much better than any other method of microwave popcorn.You put the kernels in the bottom, there are guide marks to help you choose. Then put the lid on which seems to not fit at first but as the kernels pop the lid rises to the top of the bowl.You can just pop it plain, or add whatever flavours you like. I like adding a bit of salt and some paprika, or black pepper or even chilli powder. To help it stick you can use a little spray cooking oil - I suggest putting the kernels in the bowl, then spraying one spray of oil then shaking them around a bit to distribute the oil, then adding your flavour and shaking again before cooking. You don't need the oil, but it's an option. If you're not using oil I think it works better to add your flavour after it's popped but that's up to you to try out of course.It goes fine in the dishwasher and it collapses to about half the size for nice easy storage.I have up to now been using the microwave containers with the steam valve in the lid with the brand name that rhymes with "Wistema" but this is so much easier to use, I guess because it's designed for the purpose.

It really works well and is indeed easy to use and clean. Popcorn toppings are optional and can be as healthy or junky as you'd like them to be. Savour the entire process from customising flavours to the popping music, aroma creation and munching while watching some nice shows, etc.It takes 1-2 rounds of microwaving to pop all the corn, except for a stubborn few sometimes. The packaging instructions said to microwave the popping corn for 2 minutes but I've realised through trial and error that 2:40* works quite optimally and 3:00* can result in some burning of the popped corn on top. If not all the corn pops in the first microwave round, just scoop out the popped corn and cook the unpopped corn for a second round for 2:40*.*On highest heat setting. Varies depending on your microwave.

Clever piece of kit, easy to clean and store. Makes healthy non-oily popcorn in 3 minutes with no mess! I wish I'd heard about it earlier! Takes a couple of times to find what the right timing is, but even so hardly any get burnt. Best kitchen gadget I've bought in a long time.

i don’t know why i was sceptical at first but this works like a dream! so easy and makes perfect popcorn every time. i’ve had one of those electric popcorn makers that shoot the popcorn out but i think this one is better and so much easier and easier to clean! i tried the melting some butter in the bowl first then putting the kernels in but i didn’t really taste much difference. i tend to just sprinkle sugar and salt on the top. would recommend this if you like popcorn!!

It isn't often a product is perfect, but this is! Arrived promptly, I washed it, and used it immediately. 1/3 cup of kernels, i spritzed 2 times with oil, pepper & a little sea salt. 3 minutes in the microwave...one huge bowl of flavoured popcorn. Washed the bowl in warm soapy water, VOILA! This replaces my electric popper that died after 3 uses. No waiting for it to heat up. If you have any doubts about buying this, put them aside. This is BRILLIANT, easy & quick to use, efficient and simple cleaning

Very easy to use and clean. It works perfectly, doesn't burn the corns and you have a perfect amount of popcorn.I was thinking of buying a popcorn pan but I got this one instead because it was so much cheaper and I don't regret it.

This popcorn popper is so delightful and easy to use. The entire experience of using this the first time was a real chapter in my life. I went through a bag of popcorn kernels in 2 days, this really has helped to feed my popcorn addiction :)
