Woefully ineffective...
Woefully ineffective. The bracelet has had no noticeable effect on my chronic joint pain over the past 3 months I have worn it. I have worn it consistently, day and night, only taking it off when showering.The quality of construction too leaves an awful lot to be desired as it is also falling apart.The magnets are coming loose and are sliding around on the bracelet, ending up in uncomfortable positions on the wrist.The product’s manufacturer has declined to refund me and told me to claim from Amazon.According to Amazon’s returns policy the term for return has expired (after 1month).Total and utter waste of money in every respect. Not even worth 1 star....

It looked good, but was probably the most uncomfortable bracelet I've ever worn. The back of the magnets scratched your wrist.
