New 2 x Carp Fishing Tackle Butt Grips 'Grippz' Rod Rests NGT

Initially very impressed but after using for about 15 sessions one of the butt grips has broken, the two butt grip arms are tensioned via a small spring and the plastic piece compressing the spring has broken. I suspect the other butt grips will also break. It's not caused by the butt of the rod being too large because I have modern carp rods with non cork slimline butts. Disappointing, since up until the failure they worked perfectly.

Great little rod grips, they grab and release very well (they are spring loaded) they also come with an oring to help with putting it onto your rod pod/bank stick.

These are great little butt clips. Used for river carp fishing they lock in place really nice and secure the rods well

Decent bit of kit, holds onto the rods as expected.Plenty of other options out there for double the price. These to the job just as well IMO.
