Built Solid, Minor Blemishes
I didn't know what to expect from a off-brand, inexpensive GHD, but I've been pleasantly surprised. Super sturdy - I'm 230lbs and it doesn't wobble or wiggle at all. I haven't used any weight yet since I'm rehabbing a low-back problem, but I don't expect it to have any issues when I do. My only complaint is that the packaging is not great. The nuts and bolts were spilled in the box, resulting in a few bolts that needed some love from my tap and die set. There were a few scratches, too, but it was just cosmetic, not bad enough to take off a star from this super solid piece of equipment.

Great addition to our home gym!
I’ve been dying to get a GHD for our home gym. I finally got this one and am very happy with it. My husband put it together, which I’m happy about bc it was a lot of parts but very worth it. It’s heavy and solid. I even like to face backwards on it and use it for reverse leg flys, so great! The only thing I’m not crazy about is the band hooks. I cannot figure out how to attach a band without it coming off, so I haven’t gotten to use resistance bands with it. Other than that I love it!

Exceeded Expectations
I have always wanted a GHD machine and am very happy with my purchase. Assembly was easy and it is sturdy overall. I recommend to anyone looking to buy a well priced GHD machine to consider this one. Well worth it.

Not a good solution
This unit rocks and has a lot of flex. It is a cheap china knock-off.

Great upgrade
Arrived on time. Simple assembly. Was a great upgrade from my slant hyperextension unit. Great addition to my home gym

Pain to build, rocks a good amount
Tons of pieces, moves if you are adjusting side to side, and back feet come off the ground every rep on a sit up. Steel itself seems fine just feel like they could have had less pieces to be sturdier. I'm 5'11 215 and definitely moves a fair amount every rep.

Missing pieces
Missing pieces including most the frame, no bolts included, or instructions.Update: Missing pieces came in a separate box. Gets the job done, but wobbles a bit during use.
