My partner had being using a manual aspirator for a few months to remove the occasional bit of congestion from our little ones nose. It all looked nice and simple until the time came that she was occupied and the task fell on me . Well nothing has ever made me vomit in my own mouth quite as effectively as sucking snot out of a child's nose ! Honestly I know there's a filter to stop the snot reaching your end of the tube but the image of sucking snot up a tube will be etched on my mind for the rest of my life ! ... so when I found this little boggie vacuum on amazon I had to order one . When it arrived I couldn't wait to try it out as our little one is in the middle of a bad cold . I tested the suction on my wrist and was quite impressed. So straight in his nostril it went . Buzzing away like a little desktop Henry with its tone changing like a hoover running over a sock with each boggie it encountered. Really pleased with this little thing ! I'll never suck snot the manual way again ! Although at 3am the neighbors must think the misses has her arsenal of things that go buzz in the night out to play as its quite noisy.

Our son spent 75 days in a NICU due to being born at 25 weeks and was used to eoutine suctioning of his nose. When they stopped suctioning he developed a lot of snot within a few days and actually needed oxygen because he couldn't breathe properly due to a bunged-up nose. I.was very worried about his snotty.nose.when he came.home.....luckily I found this.device.The machine is amazing. As my son is so little (4lb 13oz) his nostrils are very small, so we have to spend a bit longer and use saline drops.to help the.machine get rid of the snot, but once he.is bigger I can't. Forsee this being an.issue.I have read reviews saying it.is noisey, it certainly.isn't quiet but our prem.son (who is now 36 weeks gestation) doesn't mind so it can't be that bad.We'd certainly recommend it.

Great little device. Only problem is it doesn’t last. Barely 7 months old and it’s stopped working for some reason. Not sure if there is even warranty on this

Worked ok although not strong enough, but stopped working after one year of very light use.No reason for such a simple, not cheap, device to stop working so quickly.

I'd say it's a good machine but in my honest opinion i thought it would have been maybe a little stronger with more suction. I've also got a manual nasal aspirator that you suck at one end and at times can clear my child's mukus more by using that

We were initially sceptical about this product, as we couldn't be convinced there were any products that could totally clear the mucus out from the nasal passage. This does just that.However, I find it hard to believe people give this 1 or 2 star rating. They ought to realise a bit of common sense won't go amiss. 1) It will not work with dry snot (mucus) so you would need to soften with saline spray. 2) There are different nose shapes and sizes. Chose the best fit for your child.I give this a 4 star because I feel it should be priced in the lower 20s bracket. Apart from that, it's an excellent product.

Absolutely amazing product and a life-saver / life-changer in our household! Our little boy has always struggled with nasal congestion and I've tried literally all of the bulb aspirators that there are and all of the saline sprays too - they've made a difference, but not really helped him. We were at the point where his congestion was affecting his hearing so I thought I had to try something else. I looked at a few electronic nasal aspirators and decided to go with this one, even though it is isn't the cheapest and all I can say is WORTH EVERY PENNY! We finally have a way of clearing his little nose and he isn't breathing through his mouth in his sleep for the first time ever.

With 3 girls, our family is already hectic enough, but when one of them catches a cold, all 3 of them usually come down with it and sends my husband and I insane. With winter upon us again we decided to look for something that might assist us and came across this electric nasal aspirator. After testing it out I can see why it’s so highly recommended! Whenever one of my girls has a runny nose i will whip out this handy device and clean her up in no time at all! My husband wants to get a 2nd one so we can both have one ready to use! Love it so much would give more than 5 stars if i could!!!
