The price is slightly on the higher side, but justifiable for its performance and frankly it’s a great looking bit of kit.Overall it’s an impressive cordless vacuum cleaner with mopping capabilities. Its power, filtration, and ease of use make it an great choice for pet owners and those with hardwood floors like me

It was quite comfortable to use it for vacuuming my home, but after I used it for a short period of time, its battery power drained very quickly, and in the end, it still didn't fully vacuum anywhere in my home. You have to charge it again before you can continue to use it. This is the most inconvenient part.So far, I don’t recommend others to buy it to vacuum larger areas of the home.That's why I gave it just one star.

I must say that, for a brand that is not well-known in the UK market, I am pleasantly surprised by its performance. It is very easy and straightforward to use and the results are very good with adequate suction power. Parts can be easily assembled and it is very light to carry around the house. Overall, a very good buy.👍🏽

Well designed and functional. However the charge drains very quickly at high power with only maybe 10 mins at full power

So after 3 months of using is not working anymore, the suction wasn’t great either. The battery it’s not powerful enough. Do not waste your money!

My eight-year-old son doesn't like to eat in the kitchen, and because of that reason, the living room needs to be cleaned morning and evening. I bought this P11 just a week ago, but it keeps my house clean and tidy. The vacuum cleaner seemed to cope well with hard floors and carpets, efficiently sucking up every crumb and ridding the carpet of dust and debris until there was no trace. LED screen shows battery level. On the highest suction, the battery level goes down fast.

Poor battery life & suction. Noticed after having the unit for just over a month, constant E7 error message, even after charging for several hours, would get a run time of about 20mins, 12 minutes if I used hi power, & suction was poor, wouldn't pick up even small items on normal power setting, pity because its a nicely built unit, maybe they need to supply it with 2 or 3 batteries so you can use the higher power settings regularly. Sending back for a refund. Update 13/06/24. Company have offered Goodwill gesture after attachment snapped, 3 weeks later nothing received, had to borrow a cleaner, despite asking for refund 3x they won't respond to this request. Unit still within yr warranty, not fit for purpose, poor quality poor customer service.
