Arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus as it was a gift. A little tricky to put together (could have done with the right sized allen keys being provided), but the end result was worth it, the recipient loves her new bench.

We painted the bench with garden furniture paint. Then, the first time someone (a guest) sat on it, the bench broke with a loud crack. The piece of wood that runs beneath the front of the seat split and we do not dare sit on the bench in case it collapses and someone gets hurt. Please see the attached image. It is as if the wood is too thin or flimsy for a bench of this length. I have never bought anything that failed like this did on first use. Very disappointing. Since the purpose of a bench is for sitting, this product is not fit for purpose and is a complete waste of money. PLEASE COME AND TAKE IT AWAY AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.

Nice bench, okay to assemble. Centre support for the seat needed extra screws as the nails pushed out when a couple of people sat down.

When l started to assemble the kit bench, l found some chips in the wood at the end of the arm rest. was easy enough to build. Just wish l had spent a few pounds more and bought better quality.

Item as expected, at first didn't realise packet of screws was open one end, so most screws were missing. Rang company, new screws arrived next day. Very good and quick service. (needed 14 screws, only 2 in packet).

gave it a coat of stain to match our shed, looks good and is showing no signs of weathering. Very pleased.
