The cross trainer arrived with a small part missing, but after contacting the supplier directly a replacement part was despatched very quickly and without fuss. The cross trainer is good and working well.

Don't expect this to last much past a year or so.This is the same exact mechanism as my gx50 I bought in 2021 that has of 2024 had 4 major mechanical failures, including 3 heavy metal parts break from poor welds and metal fatigue.It will be fine for a while, but begin to creak and groan in places, that's normal. Expect greasing and tightening bolts will become such a part of using this, you will end up leaving all the plastic decorative covers off because you will be doing it so frequently.Eventually parts will snap off. And to their credit they did replace them at first, but now I'm 3 years on with a massive pile of scrap metal and e-waste.Avoid at all costs.Update: I purchased replacement parts at my own expense, so they do have parts available. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after getting my machine back in service, I've had a new serious metal part fail from metal fatigue. This time, a major part of the frame and I'm sure is terminal.
