adidas Performance Men's Marathon 10 NG M Running Shoe

This is my second pair of marathon 10 NGs. I had my previous pair for about a year, and put too many miles on them. I loved them, with one exception -- the insole. The one provided by Adidas is razor thin, and not held into place by anything. After a few days of use, expect the insole to move out of place, slide around, and be generally annoying and uncomfortable.After a plantar fascia injury last year, I learned that I have very high arches. I have since been using custom insoles in every shoe I wear, casual or running (Spenco Earthbound was what I started with and they have been great). Ironically, the flimsy insole in this shoe actually works out well for me, since I can easily swap it out for one that my foot requires.Armed with these shoes and my custom insoles, I am currently putting 10-14 miles on these every week as I train for my third 10k. In the year since my injury, I haven't had a problem with plantar fasciitis again.The shoes are fairly lightweight, though not the lightest shoes out there. The mesh breathes well and even running in the Texas heat they don't smell bad at all. The fit seems true. I have these in size 11 M and use the same size Converse. Both seem the same (and the Converse also work great with my insoles since they come with almost no sole at all).Both colors I have owned were really nice and I have had several people comment on how slick they look. My current pair would be great for a Seattle Seahawks fan. I'm not one, but the colors are pretty much perfect for those of you who are!

I normally wear a 10.5 in adidas and most other brands. This shoe, I wear an 11 and it is still a bit tight. I suggest trying it on locally or dont buy unless it has free returns. Great shoe, just odd fit for an adidas. I currently have 3 other pair of adidas shoes, both casual and outdoor, and they fit fine.

This shoes are very comfortable. My only objection is that the size is kind of tricky. My size is 10.5, but I use custom insoles for my arches so I buy my shoes in 11.5. With this particular model it would have been better to go with size 12 because the 11.5 seems tight.

Love the shoe...but I think they shipped it to me with the wrong insole (or thr insole just stinks).It kept riding up the front of the shoe and allowing my heel to strike without a soul.I bought a new one at CVS and it fixed thr problem.

there were very narrow on my feet and the navy color appears more like black

I got these for my husband to replace an old pair. They fit great & be loved the color. He really likes these running shoes. We ordered half a size larger than his usual size for comfort.

Lightly small but it was not somebody fault
