These things work well for what I needed them to do supporting my monster tomato plants after they outgrew their stakes just drill a quarter inch whole and they slide right in. Girlfriend wanted some color so we wrapped them with ribbbons.neighbors love the garden and so do I. Will try them out in the spring to use as they where intended to be used as a grow tunnel .
