Villain Cam & IR Remote
I bought and just received the IR remote for my MD Villain camera. It came with no instruction and by playing with it, I can not get it to activate the camera. I looked on your web site for IR remote HELP, there was none there. Looked into your FAQ, none there. I don't know if my remote is BAD (defective) or if there is a procedure to link it to camera? PLEASE, give me some direction of what's going on!! In the future maybe you could include some directions with the products you ship out. It's very frustrating to have to figure out the devices by trial & error. Maybe "MONSTER DIGITAL" could act a little more Professional and provide instruction, saving a lot of customer frustration and better satisfaction.
