Nice and loud to warn other drivers of your presence.
Fantastic motorcycle horn!

Brilliant!
Unit is a little larger than I expected but really easy fit, doesn’t look ugly and actually blends in pretty well and the noise it makes is fantastic. Honestly louder than I expected it to me. Even riding at 60mph with a full face helmet it you can hear it loud and clear.I’m no longer worried people won’t hear me over their radios in their car.And for the price you can’t go wrong!!!Seriously best £36 or whatever it was I’ve spent on my bike.

Stops Traffic, Use Carefully !
These are about as loud as you need a horn and definitely get you noticed, most motorbike horns are pathetic by comparison and hardly worth having !They certainly make people notice you and you need to be careful when you use it because if a driver is pulling out in front they will often hit the brakes when they hear these horns and stop right in front of you so you need to be aware and ready to swerve !Their big let down though is they just don't last ! This is my third one and I don't think I'll be getting another one when it fails, they are too expensive and there are some cheaper alternatives. You can get 2 loud car horns from Halfords for much cheaper and as long as you have a relay to power them they work fine and last forever !

wake the dead.
was stuck on a st1300 behind a woman doing 10mph in a 20mph on london bridge. she then stopped a lorry length back on a green light. my beep beep was doing nothing so bought this the same day. it is very big. for the pan it fit in front of the right pocket.it is a very loud obnoxious sound. previously if people changed lanes on me i could beep beep them as much as i wanted to no result. now a short tap and they instantly swerve back. works great and is a beast. i very rarely use my horn but now i know it will count

Doesn’t come with mounting bracket of wiring harness
Thought for the price they could have supplied at least a universal bracket .. I know there are bike specific mounts but as I ride a triumph tiger with crash bars..so a universal bracket would have been fine for me .. the fact that there’s nothing ment I had to drill my crash bars to mount it so it drops a star because of that.also ordering the wiring kit made it a simple install... tho why it doesn’t come with it is another question

Loud
I wanted this horn to make my bike sound like a big American truck - a honking great, thunderous bellow of a noise. It doesn't do that. It's size rather limits the tone to quite a high pitched tone. However, once I grew up, I was really very happy. It is SUCH an improvement on the standard 'peep' horns that most motorcycle manufacturers fit as standard - it is properly loud. It can be challenging to find a discrete and protected mounting point, but my bike (a BMW R1150GSA) has a handy space under the steering head where the standard horn is mounted. I made a simple mounting bracket myself and it is nicely out of the way - passed it's MOT too). I bought the separate wiring loom and mounted a relay under the fuel tank. It took a few hours as it was the first time I'd worked on this particular bike. If you know what you're doing, it's not complicated and the fun you can have in the long tunnels in the Alps is just brilliant. I decided growing up was a bit dull.

Larger than I thought
It’s loud and sounds like a truck but not sure I’d say 4 times louder.Won’t fit in normal horn location on sv1000. Its larger than I imagined, didn’t read the dimension. I was able to fabricate a simple bracket and get in under the right hand side front fairing by the forks with full clearance, out of sight and out of the elements. It is super loud but it does require a dedicated power line from a included solenoid to the battery and with correct amp draw (I think I used 2.5mm stranded core). Some confidence with diy bike wiring is required.

Will have to return as too bulky for an MT09
Shame I couldn't install it on the bike.
