Why are screws/fixings not supplied with this?

For the best and most secure result, you will need different fixings for different wall types. We recommend consulting a professional for advice on your wall type and the fixings best suited.

What tools do I need to build and secure an Adjustable Shelving Kit?

We recommend that you'd need the following: A spirit level, tape measure, drill, screwdriver, pencil and suitable fixings for your wall. You may also like to have additional fixings to secure the shelves onto the brackets.

How wide do I need to space the shelves?

The shelves can be spaced to sit in line with the uprights, or you can choose to have them closer together so the shelves overhang. If so, we recommend spacing the uprights so the shelf overhangs by 0 - 200 mm and evenly on either side.

Very good but doesn't come with the wall fixings such as screws and rawplugs.

Great shelves and would have scored 5 stars but I didn't realise there were no wall fixings supplied. Still, easy to assemble and appear quite sturdy and good value for money.

Sturdy & clean looking

Bought 2 sets to use for storage in my garage. Very simple to put up, fully adjustable shelves. The shelves & the hangers are very sturdy and the white finish is clean looking & easy to wipe clean. Doesn’t come with any fixings but these would depend on the wall construction so no point in including fixings that may not be appropriate. Not the cheapest but worth the extra cost for sturdiness!

Good. But require screws to put together safely

All components look good. But there are no wall plugs or screws to attach brackets and the shelves, similarly have no screws so are loose on shelf bracket.For the cost these should be part of the item.

Expensive but convenient

Expensive but kit that saves meesing around measuring and buying the components separately. Incredibly annoying that screws and wall plugs aren't included.
