I like the dissolving tablets best. I had been using another brand (in a blue bottle with a gold cap) and my last order every single tablet tasted like sweet dirt or sweet bacteria (gross) so I had to find another brand.I have used several Bronson supplements over the years and I have found them to be high quality items that I can and do trust. If you want strong nails and hair that grows fast, this is what you want to use! The flavor is great, they dissolve quickly or you can bite them too. Tastes like berries and they are sweet but contain no sugar. I will be back to repurchase this item when I am done with this bottle.Update: These work excellent! Hair needs to be cut because it is too long, nails are long and STRONG. Even my toenails are growing incredibly quick. I also have lots of new baby hair at my temples.

I can't say I've seen a big difference yet (it's been a little over a month) but they taste good lol. Super thin, I'm impressed they can (allegedly) pack so much into that little thing

1 tablet daily and my paper thin nails are now strong and beautiful after several weeks. Delighted!

Like the product, it has a great taste! Sadly we don't take it regularly enough to now if it's working, but that's our own fault.

I have dry mouth due to medications. Bioteen mouth wash wasn’t cutting it for me. This alternative is just as effective, if more so than the mouth wash because when you chew it, particles get lodged into your teeth and in between them. That’s the case for me. They’re affordable and a good option if you work and can’t access mouthwash with as much ease. I do both bio teen and the chewable. I’ve tried the paste. None of them are exactly great at the job, so be prepared to pop a few more chewable tablets every so often.
