Q: Can I use it while I lift weight e.g. deadlifts, squats, and bench presses?

For me as a CrossFitter it real helps in sorness coming from the big lifts. It was even a part for my shoulder recovery!

Marc Pro can be used as a warm-up or massage tool before activity. Since it activates muscles without fatigue, it's great for use before activity to bring blood to muscles and loosen them up.

Q: Can this be used for tens pain management?

The Marc Pro Plus features a high frequency pain control setting that’s intended on shutting down pain in arms, legs, back, and other joints. This setting will feel like a constant “buzzing” sensation that provides lasting pain relief (1-4 hours after a session). A TENS unit will only mask the pain while the device is hooked up and turned on. The goal with Marc Pro Plus is to get lasting pain relief with high frequency and improve muscle recovery with low frequency.
