Works very well.

Use this for the lobby of our clinic. I like the spike adapter that allows you to place the water bottle in without removing the cap. Didn't spill a drop of water which is a pleasant change from our old one.

Very nice, but be sure to follow instructions and add water first.

I have really like this cooler. It is perfect for our office. The only thing is that I totally ruined the heat side by turning on before adding water. Please don't make the same mistake as I did!
