I got this cause I don’t always want to make whipped cream every time I want it in my coffee (I do keto so I have to get my treats where I can and as quick as possible cause I’m NOT a morning person😌).Used a pint of whipped cream, whipped to very soft peaks, added a little over a tsp of this and whipped until it was the consistency I wanted. It was good for nearly a week (went a bit limp by the last day or two, but that was expected).I also love using stabilized whipped cream in/on my cakes so I’m looking forward to using this for that as well. I’m assuming that with the weight of a cake it probably won’t last as long as it did solo, but if you haven’t tried a cake that way, do it! It’s amazing.

I purchased this to help make better frosting-or for canning fruits and veggies.I'm just getting to the season that I'd start, so I'll let you know how it goes.But as far as frosting, it works good for stabilized frosting!
