LUJII ELECTRONIC DIGITAL CALIPERS VERNIER WITH LCD INC HARD CASE (Dial 200mm)

I got this non-electronic 200mm dial vernier caliper as an open-box Warehouse deal. It has a missing piece (the finger slider under the dial) which doesn't really affect its use and has no effect at all on its accuracy, which is mostly dependent on the precision of the rack. The dial can be rotated to zero it properly before use or to register a particular offset if desired, like most other dial indicators.In use it feels a little bit rougher than a top-quality dial vernier caliper like a Mitutoyo or my older PAV Vaduz non-dial caliper but it might just need a bit of use to smooth it out. I've lubed it with a little silicone oil to see if that will help. Not having to find a charged battery before use as with an electronic caliper is a big bonus, it's always ready for work.
