This solar panel works for charging a 12V battery, if you want to run a lamp, heater or fan, you may need a battery, you also need a off grid inverter if run 110V appliance.

Q: What type of wire if I want to add extra cable?

10 AWG or 12 AWG solar cable would be OK.

Q: Can I hook this directly to my Bluetti power station?

I would have to say that you would need an adapter kit to hook up to your panel then to the blue yetti

Q: Do I need a bus bar fuse system to go with this system ?

Dont know. I installed on 3 diffrent travel trailers with out a bus bar fuse
