Great Gel Moisturiser
Lovely Moisturiser. Great for oily skin. Leaves skin soft after a few minutes of using it Don’t understand the ‘shine’ or ‘stickiness’ that other reviews describe, maybe because it has a gel consistency rather than a creamy consistency. I have combination skin/sensitive/reactive skin and it works great for me. Very good quality!

Left skin feeling strange
I like the ethos behind q&a products but having tried a few I have to admit I am not keen on them. I have quite oily skin so always looking for a good lightweight moisturiser. This left my skin feeling strange like slightly plasticky coating. Very light moisturisation, almost too light for my skin

Q+A Amino Acid Oil-Free Lightweight Moisturiser 75ml- Early days, but pretty good!
Skincare is my guilty pleasure. I have loads of products and love to try more all the time. I have wanted to try this brand for a while now, and was happy to find it available. I ordered it, and it arrived the next day well-packaged.I would characterize my skin as sensitive, with an oily T-zone. I sometimes get adult acne in around my chin, but overall have pretty healthy skin. I have used the product for the last four nights, and so far I am pleased with it. I have stuck to my normal routine, just subbed in this moisturizer instead of my normal one. I only whole skincare routine at night, the morning is just a simple wash and light SPF moisturizer. I noticed after purchase that this wasn't recommended for sensitive skin, so I have been really stretching how much I use each nice. So far, I have not noticed any issues arising, and it has helped just using it once a day instead of the two as it recommends. It is lightweight, goes on very nicely and spreads far. A little does go a long way!One draw back for me is although it says unscented, there is a minor chemically-plastic scent. It is hard to get a truly non-scented facial moisturizer, and I am afraid this doesn't cut it. I will continue to use this until the bottle runs out, but I don't think I will rebuy unless there is some magical change in my skin condition since I have started using this product. Overall, 4/5. It could be great for someone who doesn't have sensitive skin and can use it as directed, and someone who doesn't mind the slightly off-putting scent.

Lightweight and hydrating
If you have oily skin, you know adding a moisturiser just feels like too much. They're always too thick, too 'heavy' on the skin. This is a light moisturiser, it doesn't make my skin look like an oil slick.Having used it for several days now, I am pleasantly surprised by it. A little goes a long way and my skin feels well moisturised. It goes on easily and once rubbed in absorbs quite quickly without leaving any sticky residue. You can visibly see the skin looking more hydrated. I also have quite sensitive skin and didn't experience any redness or irritation. It helps my skin feel fresh and healthy without making my oiliness worse. In fact, I think it is less oily since using it.All in all, this moisturiser gel has proven to be a perfect fit for my skin without causing any excess oiliness. It strikes a delicate balance, providing the necessary hydration without clogging pores or exacerbating any existing skin concerns.

Good but quite drying
Would recommend but does dry the skin. I have reverted back to the ceramide moisturiser.

Lovely moisturiser soothes, smooths and evens out skin tone for a great price.
Q+A Amino Acid Oil-Free Moisturiser: I really like the Q+A range of skin products so was keen to try this particular moisturiser and wasn’t disappointed. It’s got a gel like texture which I found very easy to apply evenly. It absorbs fairly quickly, sometimes this type of gel can be a bit slow to soak-in but I thought this was pretty instantaneous and quickly soothes and smooths skin.I have mixed skin, with the oily central zone and a tendency to blotchiness but I do think this product balances skin tone and evens out my complexion very nicely. The Q+A range is always good value, I find and at £8.50 this is a great buy, it’s a good size tube and will last well. It’s gentle on my skin and definitely improves its general look. One to buy again!
