Love the smell and how soft it makes my hair without the need for conditioners. This is my first experience with Lush, so I don’t know if this is the norm, but after about 6 months I have only used about a third of the bar. I have short hair, so I take very little shampoo to get my hair clean and I don’t wash it every day. That undoubtedly is part of why this bar is lasting so long. And undoubtedly those with more hair who wash theirs every day will use it up faster. Still amazed at how long it lasts compared to liquid shampoo with now waste to boot.I keep the bar in one of the Lush tins. The bar quickly becomes soft and didn’t come out of the tin. This doesn’t bother me. I just use a fingertip to scrap off just the right amount of shampoo. This ability to only use exactly the required amount maybe part of why a single bar is lasting so long.

Would not purchase this product again. Does not compare in quality to the ones directly purchased at Lush store. Very disappointed, because the first one I had was great. This one, not at all.

I really love this shampoo bar soap. Not only did I see a difference in my hair being more healthier, fuller, it smells very nice. It does not last as long as stated, but it holds up well when I get down to the end of it's use. It lathers easily without a problem for me. I have thin fine hair and this shampoo bar makes my hair feel, and look healthier.

I have always wanted to try these and the sample size is perfect. I have long wavy hair and shampoo is hard to scoop up and get all thru my scalp. Using this I can get under the main part of my hair right to the scalp. My hair feel clean and isn’t dried out. I don’t use a lot of conditioner and this product doesn’t make me reach for it anymore. I just use a small amount of leave in conditioner. I love it and I will be buying more.

I really like the idea of no plastic bottles to throw away BUT this bar is really small and if used daily or by more than one person every other day you wpuld use it up in a week or so. On the plus side, it suds up immediately and my hair felt super clean Afterwards. On the down side, both my daughter and I thought our hair felt dry afterwards too so id definitely follow up with conditioner.

I am impressed. lathered up quickly and better than expected. I left on for 2 mins before rinsing for conditioning benefits. Lavender smells really good. Cleaned and conditioned my shoulder length hair. economical and Eco friendly!

So I'm always looking for not only easy environmentally friendly things to add to my routine, but also ones that work just as well, if not better than their not-so-environmentally friendly counterparts. And my experience with this bar is just so-so. I like the smell, and it foams/suds well. In the end though, I didn't feel it cleaned as well. I only like to wash my hair every 3 days, and with this product I had to wash every other for it to feel clean. It's a little smaller than I anticipated; but this could be a standard size for shampoo bars; I just don't know. And I didn't care for the sprinkles of herbs embedded in the top. (I remember brushing a couple out of my hair after my shower; eww. After that I scrapped them all off the bar before using.)I'm going to try other bars, so this one hasn't turned me off to the idea of shampoo bars entirely, but I don't think I'll be getting this one again.

Wife had these recommended for her very long Polynesian hair and she loved it. After first use, she came to me to show how it thickened and softened her fly away problem. I'm sure this will be her main shampoo product from now on, so I guess there will be a lot more room in the shower. There must be at least a dozen shampoo bottles in there.
