Very, very silly. Highly recommended.
Bought as an anti-smoking device for my wife, very childish and highly amusing for me but it didn't stop her. I'll need to upgrade for something with a bit more gunpowder I think. It's also nice to know that H&S will let you buy these things, though heaven knows what they think of stink bombs.
