Sending defective hob
I brought £499 Gas hob from Amazon. They sent me a defective hob with a huge scratch. I saw the scratch after installing the cooker. If I return the cooker I have to pay twice for the electrician to reinstall it. Very poor customer service . Never buy electrical appliances from Amazon again.

This is a great hob but in a year the ignition no longer works and I now have to use a match.

Bought to replace 40yr old hob. Looks smart. Not as powerful or quick as old model. Never looks clean, shiny black surface shows dust and grease, old model was white and cleaned easily. Knobs and auto ignition easy to use.
