For volleyball when you dive can you slide with these?

Yes - my daughter uses these and slides all the time- with that said- we haven’t had them very long at all (not even 4 months) and she has holes in them already. A little Disappointed in the quality. They fit her great but I’ll have to search for a different pair now.

can you use this for football as well?

I bought these for Volleyball. I would suggest maybe something a little more resistant to weather and your specific sport. The threading from the inside was not as secure as it should of been. I corrected it myself, but overall it was an ok product.

You will have to contact the seller, I am a buyer and don’t know what the dimensions are they fit my 11yrs daughter that is thin and 5’ tall

Can you use this for basketball as well?

These pads are very thick, not suitable for basketball.

Knee pads work great for both volleyball and basketball. They are soft and work great if needing to dive or slide for a ball, and they haven’t gotten the typical burn mark like several others have. Recommended.

Ripped after First Use

One pair was fine the other ripped the first day of use. In general they were fine and fit well and seemed like great quality but we had to buy a pair locally for one of my daughters when the first pair ripped.
