I bought this jacket for my husband as he is traveling for work and needed something warm and also easy to pack. He absolutely loves it! It fits true to size and looks very flattering. It is warm to comfortable for him and packs down small for when he is traveling and needs fro quickly put it into a bag when he doesn’t need it.

I bought this Pioneer Camp Mens Lightweight Packable Puffer Jacket to have as a backup (spare) jacket in my winter car kit, since it includes a hood, has a water and wind resistant nylon outer shell, has some insulation for warmth (so it's not just a nylon windbreaker!), and can be compacted down take up only a small amount of space. The jacket seems reasonably well made for the price, and would definitely come in handy should I (or my traveling companions) need a emergency outer jacket if stuck out somewhere in the dead of winter. The puffer jacket comes in a black nylon zippered bag, but also has it's own green nylon stuff sack (inside a pocket) with a drawstring cord for use in packing the jacket for storage/transport. I don't know about the other reviewers, but the zipper on the black nylon bag I received was in good condition and was not broken or misaligned.In regards to the jacket's real-life size and fit, I'm 5'8" and weigh 225 lbs, so I am a big guy with a large torso (lol). I just knew a medium would not fit me, so that's why I bought the large instead. The size large just barely fit my torso (where I could zip up the jacket), with me wearing a t-shirt and a thin sweatshirt under it. I guess I could have gone with the size XL, but then the arm length would then be too long for me. So I would say that the large is really a large "slim", rather than a large "regular" or a large "large". So if you are around my height or a few inches taller but weigh less, then the size large should fit you well.

Excellent, well made, lightweight men's puffer hooded jacket. The jacket zippers are solid and work very well. The stowable bag with zipper isn't the strongest for use and the bag zipper may fail over time. The jacket however, is perfect for lightweight wear around the house, short trip outside or a quick errand. The puffer creates air pockets which is perfect for insulation and if the temperature drops it is excellent for layering underneath another jacket.

Went to Disneyland in the rain didn’t get wait nor did the water seep through, pockets a deep an water proof, fits little big, very light weight, clean look, just great for the price you spend .!

My picky other half doesn’t like coats or jackets much, and sometimes has trouble with the length on arms due to his height, 5’11”. The XL fit him perfectly, with space for a hoodie underneath for very cold days. I bought this for him for travel and winter, and it’s great. Very happy.

Great quality for the price. This jacket is warm, the fabric looks nice, and it compacts easily but also puffs back out easily. Totally satisfied.
