I’ve used this 10+times already for my inground pool, (which is 15x30, and has an 8.5 ft sloped deep end.) It has a motor that creates a true vacuum/suction instead of most rolling pool vacuum’s which have a siphon created, suction.(I also have one of those).This vacuum handles removing the finest of debris. Sand, settled pollen/algae, bugs, pine-needles, & spinners.*It is not meant to remove leaves that are intact, and the basket is small. So remove any large intact leaves before you use this vacuum.The basket has such a fine mesh, it’s impressive how much it collects and holds the smallest debris which is usually the hardest to remove from the pool. It’s made well w/ solid plastic/resin.The charge port is easily located and protected when in use with a heavy duty rubber stopper. It has a quick charge feature and the large indicator light is easily seen in and out of the water. All Instructions were easy to follow. Can be used while you are in and out of the pool. Comes with a great solid small handle which is great for doing the stairs and shallow end while you are in the pool. The included chunky telescoping aluminium handle has a quick release, which is definitely appreciated. It is great for reaching the majority of inground pools if in it while vacuuming. If standing out side of it, you will need your long vacuum pole. This would work well for above ground pools though, and a longer pole would not be needed. The ease of emptying and cleaning the catch basket is probably what I love most about this unit. Taking the vacuum a part consists of a single lever, to access the basket. Then just getting the snug top off, which I find easiest to do unlocking one side at a time. Shower spray from the hose, is all that is needed to get the basket and top clean, if you make sure to do it as soon as you finish vacuuming. For the money, this little vacuum is well worth it’s weight, and function. The head of the vacuum is small, but even so, it’s powerful. I can diligently vacuum the entire pool in under 30 minutes. The charge holds for well over 90 minutes… that I have noticed. One tip I have… is only push the vac forward, not back and forth. Push then lift up, and start a new path. This is easily done because the vacuum floats enough so the ease of moving it makes this easy and more efficient. Pulling it back wards can tip the head so it doesn’t make as good of contact with the floor. You’ll see how much more efficient it is.

Worked well the two times I used it but then stopped but customer service is helping with this. Yay!
