How thick is the stainless steel—how many millimeters? Is is 22 gauge stainless steel?

I am not positive but suspect they would not be due to the silicone base. The description includes refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, but no mention of oven. I would not try it.

Are these safe to wash on the bottom rack of the dishwasher or only on the top rack?

These will take some abuse. We wash them in the bottom and the metal not the silicone cares. Love these.
